End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, copying, or otherwise using Snipaste ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant
2.1 Snipaste 1.x
2.1.1 Personal and Business Use
snipaste.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snipaste 1.x free of charge for both personal and business purposes.
2.2 Snipaste 2.x
2.2.1 Personal Use
snipaste.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snipaste 2.x free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2.2 Business Use
For business or commercial use of Snipaste 2.x, you must purchase a Pro license. The Pro license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snipaste 2.x for business purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
4. Ownership
The Software is owned and copyrighted by snipaste.com. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. snipaste.com DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and snipaste.com regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
